When selecting the recipient for our grand prize, we searched through hundreds of applicants, who all told us why she should be the winner. We heard some touching stories and some heart breaking stories and selecting just the right girl was not easy. We finally decided that we were most moved by Dana Ito from Menifee.

Dana’s prize included the use of the Edward Dean Museum and Gardens for her wedding and reception. The Edward Dean helped Dana to plan a wonderful event while catering to her every need. Maria Moya, who is a certified wedding coordinator, assisted with all of Dana’s plans for the day of her big event. Including a wedding coordinator, was one of the best gifts we could Dana as she didn’t have to do a thing! Dana looked gorgeous as
Andrea from Andrea’s Photography snapped all their photos. The ceremony site looked beautiful with it’s floral piece on the gazebo, the tulling that lined the aisle, and the accent flowers, which included all of their ceremony decorations, bouquets, boutonnières, etc from the Arrangement Gallery; Jon Laskin Band provided all the ceremony music and disc jockey for the reception and kept the crowd going,

As the guests entered the reception area, they were treated to hors d’oeuvres and followed by a full dinner buffet for all of Dana’s guests. Once Upon a Wedding, Caterers of fine foods, provided all of catering. The scrumptious food looked as good as it tasted!

And finally Olivera’s, provided a beautiful wedding cake!

Dana was all smiles because she got her dream wedding after all … and it was completely free, compliments of Something Blue!
